FAQ

1) How do I place an order?
The process of placing an order is quite simple.
1. Choose the items that you would require and add to the cart.
2. When you have finished with your selection, go to the cart by clicking the 'cart' button at the top right of the website.
3. Upload your logo as per each item that you have selected earlier.
4. Click on 'Checkout' and fill in your Contact, billing and shipping details.
5. Make Your Payment with our secure online payment system.

2) What is the process once I have placed an Order?
Once we receive your order online, we will immediately stockpile each of your items. An artwork will be created with your logo branding and then shared with you for an approval. Once we get an approval, your order will go into production and then delivered to you.

3) How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
After you place an order through our secure online payment system, you will receive a confirmation mail on the email provided by you during the checkout.

4) I tried placing an order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
If your debit/Credit card isn't working please contact our customer support & we can help you in placing your order.

5) Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum is according by-products.

6) Can you send samples?
No, We send artwork files for approvals. If there are further queries, please get in touch with our sales support team at support@officeforce.in for further details.

7) Can I request delivery to be done on a specified date & time?
As of now, we do not guarantee delivery on a specified date & time. However, If you are looking for such service, Please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to meet such requests.

8) Do you ship products outside India?
Yes, we do ship certain products outside India. Shipping cost will be charged accordingly. Please get in touch with our sales support team at support@officeforce.in for further details.

9) How is the item packaged?
All the item are carefully packed by us to avoid any kind of damage. Most of the hampers/kits come packed in our handcrafted signature wooden crates. While some of them are packed with bubble wraps, shredded paper, and thick corrugated boxes.

10) Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We work to protect the security of your information like credit card details during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. our sites have stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

11) which credit cards or payment types are accepted?
1. Credit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Dinner Club, JCB
These could be either Indian or International.
2. Debit Card:
We accept all Visa, Visa Electron, Plus, Mastercard and Maestro Debit Cards.

12) What should I do if my payments fail?
If the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
If the payment fails, please retry ensuring:
* Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password(In the case of net banking)
* Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 24 Hrs.

13) How Can I Cancel my order?
Cancellations will be considered if your order has not been shipped and your amount will be refunded back to you via the original mode of payment. Please contact customer support team at support@officeforce.in soon as possible with your order number which receives on your provided email address.

14) How do I return the product if it is defective/damaged?
In case the product received has any defect, please us on support@officeforce.in with your order number within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We will address the issue in a manner
The following products will not be eligible for return:
* Any product that is returned without all the items originally included with the product at the time of delivery, along with the original packaging.
* Any product which is tampered with or is used before returning the shipment.
